What items can be returned?
- Unwanted items - returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the original condition and packaging
- Faulty items - returned within 28 days of receipt
What items are non-refundable?
- Items unsealed (other than to inspect) or without original packaging or where it’s been returned in poor condition
- Products that contain your personal data or have been manufacturer-registered
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Gift vouchers
- Products which have been opened or their protective seals removed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty):
- Pierced earrings
Are there any charges for returns?
- You are responsible for any return shipping charges if the item is not faulty
- Faulty items are returned free of charge and you will be provided details once you've contacted us
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
- Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days
